Move With Ease Again
If pain or tightness has been limiting your life, there is a path forward. Using the John Barnes method of Myofascial Release, I work with your body to unwind restriction, improve mobility, and support natural healing. You deserve to feel comfortable in your own body again.
Myofascial Therapy Sessions
Myofascial Therapy is a hands-on gentle treatment session designed to help soften restricted fascia and bring it back to its normal, healthy, relaxed fluid state. Light sustained pressure with a stretch is held for approximately 3-5 minutes on the tight restricted muscle/ fascial areas until a release occurs. A fascial release should help relieve pressure on pain-sensitive structures and restore range of motion. Myofascial therapy can help with scar tissue, adhesions, chronic pain or tightness/restriction of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments, and nerves.
Aromatherapy Sessions include a 10 minute Swedish massage with coconut and essential oils towards the end of the appointment.
Relaxation Whole Body Stretch Sessions
Stretch massage can help with restoring or increasing overall flexibility. Stretch massage can also help lengthen muscle fibers that have been tightened down from lack of use or excessive use. These auromatherapy massage sessions provide relaxation through massage and essential oils.
Cranial Sacral Therapy Sessions
Cranial Sacral Therapy is a very gentle treatment approach used to balance the cranial sacral rhythm of the cerebral spinal fluid. The craniosacral system are the membranes and fluids that surround the brain and spinal cord. Light touch holds are used on the cranial and sacral bones. This is a very relaxing treatment session.
